# Das Radarcape ist ein Gerät speziell für Flugbegeisterte und Flugzeugspotter. Wir versichern beste Qualität und beste Stabilität und testen diese an einer größeren Stückzahl ständig und im laufenden Betrieb. Aber manchmal passieren Dinge, auf die von außen gesteuert werden oder außerhalb unseres Einflußbereichs stattfinden, beispielsweise Linux-Updates oder Instabilitiäten an mitbenutzter Software, für die wir nichts können. Sie können sicher sein, daß wir diese Situation versuchen so schnell wie möglich zu lösen.
# Das Gerät ist für obigen Benutzerkreis konzipiert und gedacht. Falls sie trotzdem das Gerät für kommerzielle Zwecke verwenden, geschieht dies gegen unsere Absicht und Erlaubnis. Das Radarcape entspricht keinen Vorschriften irgendwelcher Art aus Luftfahrt oder Datenverarbeitung. Wir garantieren auch nicht daß die decodierten Daten in allen Fällen 100%ig korrekt sind.
# Da Sie die Möglichkeit haben im Linux-Teil und auch dem FPGA jederzeit selbst Modifikationen vorzunehmen, übernehmen Sie damit auch die volle Verantwortung für Ihre Änderungen. Nicht alle Linux-Distributionen laufen stabil auf unserer Umgebung. Allerdings werden wir Mittel bereitstellen, mit denen Sie sich jederzeit auf den Auslieferungszustand zurückversetzen können, diese werden aber externe Werkzeuge benötigen.
# Wir sichern nicht zu daß das Radarcape absolut sicher gegen externe Zugriffe über das Netzwerk ist, weder im öffentlichen Internet noch in lokalen Netzen. Auf alle Fälle sollten Sie das root-Passwort ändern und sich gut merken. Bitte nehmen Sie das Radarcape mit direktem Zugang aus dem Internet nur dann in Betrieb wenn Sie genau wissen was sie hier tun.
# Wir sind nur ein Team aus wenigen Leuten und unser Wissen ist breit aufgefächert, um so ein Produkt überhaupt machen zu können. Es kann druchaus sein dass dies oder das besser, schlauer oder anders gemacht werden kann.
